Kelsey's eye for design is fantastic and she took all of my nebulous ideas and created a beautiful color palette and design for the day. I love that I didn't have to worry about designing things like the menus, programs, signage, etc. She made everything look cohesive! I'm someone who has been dreaming about my wedding day since I was a little girl, and now 2 weeks later I'm so happy (and honestly slightly in shock) that my dream day actually happened. I definitely have high expectations and really tried to temper them leading up to the big day to avoid any disappointment....but everything was better than I hoped for!

My wedding had a lot of moving parts with separate ceremony and reception locations but with Kelsey and her team everything went so smooth. I found out after the wedding from my wedding party that Kelsey stood up for us at the ceremony. The ceremony’s venue coordinator was trying to rush our procession down the isle even after we had our rehearsal the day before and had agreed on slow pace with song changes. Kelsey professionally and firmly stood her ground and my ceremony went off without a hitch just like we had rehearsed. When you hear that the venues coordinators look out for the venues that is 100% true. With how much we had invested in our wedding day, I am so thankful that Kelsey and her team were looking out for us. From coordinating with the venues, vendors, finding seating for people who did not rsvp, and I’m sure a thousand other little things that I thankfully don’t know about; I cannot recommend Wandering Events enough.
