Event Assistant 

We are looking for an energetic and organized Events Assistant to provide support to our events team. You will prepare and organize all required day of documentation. On the day of events, you help set up and tear down decorations, monitor the delivery of supplies, and ensure operations run smoothly. Our ideal candidate must be able to work a minimum of 1 event per month (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) with opportunity to work up to 5 events per month.  

Events Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
+Coordinate and review vendor contracts
+Organize event documentation
+Assist with set up and tear down of events
+On site 10-12 hours- Working along side Lead Planners and assisting where needed 

Events Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
+High school diploma or GED certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
+At least one year of relevant professional experience preferred
+Able to multitask
+Excellent organization and communication skills
+Attention to detail
+Proficient in Microsoft Office
+Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+TABC & Food Handlers Certification- Can get after hired

Duties and Responsibilities
+Attend events with the team to help promote the company
+Attend weekly team meetings to discuss social media schedule 
+Grow company accounts and increase follower engagement by sharing content that promotes connection & action
+Design and put together marketing materials
+Analyze and collect social media metrics to include in monthly reports 
+Assist with the organization and execution of company events as needed

Events Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
• Enrolled in college with a major or emphasis in Business Administration, Hospitality- Communications, or Marketing.
• Able to work a minimum of 5-10 hours a week and 1 event a month
• Can work at least two days between Monday - Friday.
• You have your Associates degree or have completed at least two years of college.
• Self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as familiar with social media platforms.
• A proactive thinker, planner, and deliverer.
+Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+TABC & Food Handlers Certification- Can get after hired 

Media & Marketing Intern

Our ideal Interns are creative, analytical, and detail oriented with strong communication, relationship building, and project management skills. Committed to providing exceptional customer service that leaves clients gushing over how personable and helpful you are.

Duties and Responsibilities
 +Research vendors on behalf of clients during the planning process 
+Request price quotes from vendors 
+Update company documents- venue & preferred lists 
+Assist with and work with W|E Lead Planners through the wedding design process
+Attend in person client meetings and site visits 
+Work 3-4 large weddings and events
+Assist with 1 luxury styled shoot 
+Assist with other company tasks as needed

Duties and Responsibilities
 +Attend Events & Networking with the team to help promote the company
+Make site and vendor visits to build relationships to gain more sales and exposure
+Attend weekly team meetings to discuss Event opportunities & sales goals 
+Participate in developing and reaching sales goals 
+Plan & Execute 1-2 Community opportunity/ promotional events 
+Follow up with new contacts
+Assist with other company tasks as needed
